How do you attract the next generation of engineers? At Demo-Xearch-XYZ, it’s by investing in local talent. By providing mentorships, hands-on training, and financial support, Demo-Xearch-XYZ aims to help grow a new crop of engineers at a local level. This training is giving kids an advantage by providing them with real-world experience after graduation.
